The Break Room is a premium, family-friendly gaming and entertainment lounge featuring PlayStation 5, racing simulators, pool and darts. We are looking for hands-on crew members who enjoy gaming, can troubleshoot equipment and make every guest feel welcome.

What makes a great fit?

Gaming knowledge, friendly service, a responsible attitude and confidence handling daily lounge operations. You must be comfortable working shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The role

What you
will do

Hands-on gaming, guest experience and lounge operations.

Welcome & assist guests

Explain gaming options, pricing, promotions and house rules; help customers choose and start their sessions.

Set up PS5 & racing simulators

Prepare consoles, controllers, games, racing wheels and simulators; guide guests in using equipment safely.

Troubleshoot technical issues

Solve common console, game, controller, connection, display and simulator problems; escalate complex issues.

Manage bookings & POS

Coordinate station reservations and session times, process cashless/cash payments and reconcile daily sales.

Look after pool & darts

Brief guests on equipment use, maintain accessories and encourage safe, respectful play.

Handle snacks & drinks

Serve and restock packaged snacks, chilled drinks and quick bites; monitor inventory and cleanliness.

Keep the lounge ready

Clean stations, controllers, seating and common areas; check equipment and report damage or safety issues.

Support events & tournaments

Assist with event preparation, registrations, player coordination, scorekeeping and customer engagement.

Requirements

Skills &
requirements

Essential gaming knowledge

Practical familiarity with PS5 games and console setup; willingness to learn racing simulators, pool and darts.

People & operational skills

Good English and Bahasa Malaysia; friendly communication, customer service, teamwork and basic POS literacy.

Experience & education

1–2 years in gaming, retail, hospitality or customer service preferred; certificate, vocational qualification or diploma preferred.

Availability

Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Salary & benefits

RM2,200 – RM2,400

Basic / month

Plus annual salary increment and annual bonus.
